Terms and Conditions

 

• For the protection of all our rabbits boarding here, we recommend rabbits to have up to date vaccinations against Myxomatosis and VHD at least 2 weeks (to allow for effectiveness) prior to their arrival. 

 

• Please ensure you supply us with enough of your pet’s dry food for the duration of your pets stay with us.

 

 

• Payment of your boarding fee is payable on arrival, in either Cash, Bank transfer or Card payment. Boarding fee includes, Hutch, Hay, vegetables, bedding, exercise, care and attention. Prices are per night.

 

• If you do not collect your pet on the agreed day and you do not contact us within 7 days of that date, we will seek to rehome your pet.

 

 

• If you are delayed from your holiday you must contact us as soon as possible, if your pet needs to stay in our care longer you will be charged for any additional days.

 

 

• We do not refund payment for early departure.

 

 

• Pre existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to boarding, I am happy to administer medicine during their stay.

 

 

• The health and well being of each pet boarding at Bunnies & Buddies is very important, we reserve the right to refuse any pet which we believe is not in good health and showing signs of disease that has not been discussed, Bunnies & buddies is not the right place, veterinary treatment will be best.

 

 

• Bunnies & buddies will take no responsibility of any pet pregnancies as all our animals are kept separate unless stated by you.

 

• Should your pet become ill and need veterinary attention, we will take them to your vets or my vets for treatment, any vet fees will be charged to you.

 

• Whilst every possible care is taken sadly very small animals can become ill very quickly and pass away with very little warning, in the unlikely event of your pet passing away, we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes.

 

 

• PLEASE NOTE bunnies & buddies accept no responsibility what so ever should your pet become ill or death occurs. Pets boarding at bunnies & buddies are left completely at the owner’s risk.

 

 

• We accept no liability for injury sustained by you whilst on our premises.
